In this interview Rinpoche gives answers to questions of young buddhists.

1. Some people have a great passion to make music or do a sport but they’re afraid it’s a distraction and they should only practice Dharma. What can you say about this?

2. Is there a qualitiy of the youth/young age, we should concentrate on now and use it while accessible?

3. Many of us use the Dharma to beat ourselves up. We are never happy with ourselves. No matter how much study or practice we do, we still feel bad that we waste so much time. How can we use the Dharma to overcome our low self-esteem and learn to appreciate ourselves?
